Accelerate your business in foreign trade

CBCE’s history began more than 80 years ago, when a visionary entrepreneur decided that it was necessary to create a company that could offer services and consultancy to those who wanted to export or import products in Brazil.

Today, the company is a synonym for excellence in infrastructure for foreign trade. With a highly qualified and experienced team, the holding company offers a wide range of services, from consultancy in foreign trade to integrated logistics solutions and state-of-the-art technology for cargo monitoring.

HISTORY OF CBCE

The Companhia Brasileira de Comércio Exterior (Brazilian Foreign Trade Company) was founded in 1942 by Américo Ribeiro dos Santos under the name Sociedade Brasileira de Despachos Ltda.

Initially, the company worked only in the port of Santos (São Paulo). Afterwards, it expanded its operations to Congonhas Airport (São Paulo) and later to Viracopos International Airport (Campinas).

Prior to the introduction of the secondary customs zone in Brazil in 1972, all import and export customs clearances were carried out at ports and airports. With a view to internalizing customs services, CBCE invested in customs warehouses in other cities.

Currently, the company operates as a holding company for investments in infrastructure for Brazilian foreign trade.

INVESTMENTS

Dear investor,

If you are looking for opportunities in a sector that is constantly growing, foreign trade is one of the most promising choices. With the increase in global trade, it is essential to take advantage of the transport of millions of goods from the most different companies.

By investing in an airport, for example, you contribute to improving cargo transport capacity, in addition to allowing for the expansion of global connectivity. A modern airport can offer a series of services that facilitate foreign trade operations, such as cargo storage, customs, security and document processing.

Bonded warehouses are fundamental for the management and storage of imported or exported products. They can offer a number of services to businesses such as inventory control, labeling, packaging, as well as ensuring fast and efficient delivery of goods.

If you seek diversified long-term investment opportunities, investing in foreign trade infrastructure is an excellent option.
